Role & responsibilities

Check daily production on the shop floor to make sure targets are met.

Look at the number of rejected productsand take steps to reduce waste.

Make sure the production plan is followed properly while keeping up quality and speed.

Maintain discipline and good teamwork among workers.

Preferred candidate profile

Male candiadate from Chh. Sambhajinagar and nearby places only.

Graduate and post graduate person from science and engineering field.

Person should have experience in production handling, supervision, shop floor management, manpower supervision, co-ordination with customers and quality assurance. Candidates having ability to look after overall plant will also be preferred for Production In-charge post.

Perks and perks

Person must have strong mathematical ablities.

Basic computer knowledge.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Ability to lead and motivate shop floor teams effectively.

**Candidate should be male person from Maharashtra only.
