Role & responsibilities

1.Should have technical hands on experience in Paint shop operation or Maintenance or conveyor automation

2.Should have expertise in AB make PLC (Rxlogix5000,studio5000,micrologix)-Troubleshooting level, basic programming level

3.Should have working experience on different network protocol like as Ethernet, control net,Devicenet

4.Should have knowledge of Eplan drawing, electrical architecture

5.Should be familiar with AB VFDs,Soft starter

6.Should have knowledge on SCADA-Factory talk view

7.Should be able to read write programme

8.Should be able to configure and trouble shoot Power flex VFDs,SMCs.

1.Manufacturing system-WCM

2.Paint shop proccess-added advantages

3.CMMS-computerised maintenance management system-will be added advantage

4.Maintenance Technique-RCM,PDM,HBM

6.Maintenance KPI-Uptime,MTTR,MTBF

7.SAP-PM/MM-will be added advantage

8.Various tools of problem solving-8D,7QC,WHY-WHY Analysis etc

9.IMS-Integrated Management system-QMS+EMS
