We are hiring for Chat Support Associate Non-Voice at our Ambattur, Chennai location.

Job Details:

- Role: Customer Support – Non-Voice / Chat Support
- Location: Ambit IT Park, Ambattur, Chennai
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer support (voice/non-voice)
- Qualification: Any UG/PG degree
- Salary: 21,000 CTC | 17,500 take-home (as per job posting)
- Shift: Rotational 9-hour shift
- Interview Mode: Walk-in

Eligibility:

- Hindi reading, writing and understanding skills are mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of telecom processes and typing skills required.
- Freshers with English and Tamil only are not eligible.
