Role & responsibilities

1. Should have knowledge of NPD of On / off highway vehicles, material handling or mobile equipments,

vehicle integration of different automobile aggregates.
1. Sound knowledge of different sub-systems in heavy commercial vehicles, trucks, tractor trailers etc.
2. Experience in Sheet metal, fabrication parts, welding design.
3. Should have knowledge about materials used in structural design.
4. Technical concept development, knowledge of VAVE.
5. Positive understanding of design and engineering fundamentals, GD&T.;
6. Build CAD models, Assemblies, Drawings required for integration and BOM creation in PDM.
7. Able to handle the critical tasks/projects independently, maintain the quality and follow delivery of

assigned tasks/projects
1. Review and validate manufacturing drawings in accordance with applicable standards.
2. Knowledge of PLM, PDM system,



Engineering change management
3. Good knowledge of 3D Modelling / Drafting
4. Very good working knowledge of CATIA V5.
5. BE / ME Mechanical Engineer with 5-7 years of experience.

Roles & ResponsibilitiesUnder direct supervision, assists with designing new products and processes and improving and maintaining existing products. May conduct design analysis on components and/or assemblies to assist in the development process by ensuring designs are cost efficient, manufacturable, and reliable. Communicates with the other engineering personnel to coordinate the interrelated design and assure project completion. Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
