Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries via email, chat, and web chat platforms.
- Provide timely and effective solutions to customers' issues.
- English Chat support & Hindi with English Chat support

Process: Web chat into Telecom process

Role: Customer Support

Shift: 7AM-12AM (Day Rotational Shift any 9 hours





We will provide a one-way cab facility for employees whose shifts end between 10:00 PM and 12:00 AM.

Location: Ambit IT Park, Ambattur Chennai.

Salary: 21k CTC and 17.5k TH
