Eligibility

Fresher Graduation is mandatory (Passing year has to be after 2023) – No Btech/ B.E.

Experienced - Minimum 12 months of AR Calling US RCM Experience is required

Responsibilities:

- Follow up with the payer to check on claim status.




- Responsible for calling insurance companies in USA on behalf of doctors/physicians and follow up on outstanding accounts receivables.
- Identify denial reason and work on resolution.
- Save claim from getting written off by timely following up.
- Candidates must be comfortable with calling on denied claims.
