### Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Drive lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Build and strengthen the company’s brand presence across digital and offline channels.
- Coordinate with the sales and business development teams to convert marketing leads into business opportunities.
- Manage marketing content, campaigns, promotional materials, events, and branch-level activities.
- Analyze campaign performance, market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Monitor marketing budgets and ensure optimum ROI from campaigns.
- Identify new marketing opportunities and develop innovative strategies to increase business growth.
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate with the marketing team to achieve defined targets.

### Eligibility & Skills





- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in financial services, stock broking, banking, fintech, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media marketing, lead generation, and branding.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Strong understanding of market trends and customer acquisition strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliver results within deadlines.
- Creative mindset with robust leadership and team-management abilities.
