Openings: Marketing Lead | Senior Executive / Executive | Marketing Trainee

We are building the marketing team for our multi-outlet restaurant brand and are hiring across three levels. You'll work on campaigns that drive footfall, delivery orders, and repeat visits.

1. Marketing Lead (F&B;) | 6-8+ years (2+ years leading a team)

Reports to: [Business Head / Operations Head / Founder]

- Own brand strategy, annual and quarterly marketing plan, campaign calendar, and budget
- Lead outlet launches, seasonal menus, and festival campaigns
- Drive digital marketing, influencers, loyalty, and CRM
- Track ROI (footfall, AOV, delivery orders, CPA) and online ratings on Google, Zomato, and Swiggy
- Manage agencies and partnerships, and lead a team of 2-3

2. Senior Executive / Executive: Marketing (F&B;) | Executive 1-3 years, Senior Executive 3-5 years

Reports to: Marketing Lead

- Execute content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business Profile
- Coordinate shoots; run Meta and Google Ads and report results
- Manage Zomato and Swiggy listings, offers, and reviews
- Handle influencer collaborations and local outlet marketing

own campaigns end-to-end and guide the Trainee

3. Marketing Trainee (F&B;) | Fresher / 0-1 year (6-month traineeship, confirmation based on performance)

Reports to: Marketing Lead

- Draft captions, schedule posts, and create Canva creatives
- Monitor reviews and comments across platforms
- Assist at shoots and events, and maintain trackers

Skills Required

- Lead: Brand strategy, performance marketing, budgeting, vendor management, analytics, team leadership
- Executive: Social media, Canva/Photoshop, Meta/Google Ads basics, Excel/Sheets, copywriting
- Trainee: Basic social media, Canva, explicit writing, Excel/Sheets basics, willingness to travel between outlets

Qualification

- Lead: Degree or MBA in Marketing, Mass Comm, or Hospitality (preferred)
- Executive: Graduate in Marketing, Mass Comm, Hospitality, or related field
- Trainee: Any graduate; digital marketing course or hospitality background is a plus
