Role & responsibilities
1. Preventive Maintenance Carry out scheduled maintenance of pumps, motors, bearings, shafts, couplings, gearboxes, and production machinery.
2. Breakdown Maintenance – Identify and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical problems and restore equipment operation with minimum downtime.
3. Machine Inspection – Monitor vibration, temperature, noise, lubrication, alignment, leakage, and other equipment conditions.
4. Maintenance Records & Spare Parts – Maintain breakdown reports, preventive-maintenance checklists, machine history, and coordinate spare-parts requirements.
5. Safety & Production Support – Follow safety procedures, support production during equipment issues, and assist in improving machine reliability and reducing downtime.
