About the Role

Anugraha Builders & Developers is looking for an experienced Legal Manager Real Estate to manage and oversee legal matters related to land acquisition, property documentation, real estate transactions, approvals, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct legal due diligence and title verification of land and properties.
- Review and draft Sale Agreements, Sale Deeds, Joint Development Agreements, MoUs, Power of Attorney, Lease Agreements, and other legal documents.
- Verify property title, RTC, EC, conversion orders, khata, survey documents, tax records, and other land-related documents.
- Handle legal documentation related to residential layouts and real estate development projects.
- Ensure compliance with RERA and applicable real estate laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with external advocates, legal consultants, government authorities, and registration offices.
- Identify potential legal risks in property transactions and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Handle and coordinate property disputes, notices, litigation,



and legal proceedings when required.
- Support the management team in legal negotiations and contractual matters.
- Maintain proper records of all legal documents, agreements, cases, and property files.
- Stay updated on changes in real estate laws, regulations, and government notifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- LL.B / LL.M or equivalent legal qualification.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Real Estate / Property Law.
- Strong knowledge of property documentation, land laws, RERA, registration procedures, and title verification.
- Experience in handling real estate developers, layouts, land transactions, or property-related legal matters will be preferred.
- Robust drafting, documentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Bengaluru/Karnataka property laws and documentation procedures.
- Ability to independently manage multiple legal matters and deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with hands-on experience in real estate due diligence, land documentation, property registration, RERA compliance, and litigation coordination will be preferred.
