Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead - Java with strong expertise in Java technologies, system design, and application architecture. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications while mentoring development teams and ensuring adherence to best practices in coding, performance optimization, and agile delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade full-stack applications using Java technologies.
- Lead technical discussions, solution design, and architecture reviews.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs while ensuring application security and performance.
- Build scalable and high-performing applications aligned with business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive end-to-end project delivery.
- Guide and mentor developers on coding standards, design patterns, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Optimize application and database performance to ensure reliability and scalability.
- Drive Agile development practices and maintain high code quality standards.

Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Core Java, OOP concepts, Collections, Streams, and JVM internals.




- Extensive experience with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Spring MVC, Hibernate/JPA, and Enterprise Application Development.
- Proficiency in System Design, Application Architecture, Scalability, and Solution Development.
- Hands-on experience in RESTful API Development, Integration, and Secure Coding Practices.
- Robust knowledge of SQL/NoSQL Databases, Data Modeling, Query Optimization, and Database Design.
- Experience with Cloud Platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Expertise in Performance Tuning, Production Support, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Strong understanding of code quality standards and agile development methodologies.

- Technical leadership and team mentoring experience.
- Experience in application security and performance optimization.
- Knowledge of modern DevOps practices and cloud-native application development.
