Role & responsibilities

- Review property title documents and establish chain of title / ownership flow.
- Examine Sale Deeds, Gift Deeds, Partition/Release/Settlement Deeds, Wills and related documents.
- Review EC, RTC/Pahani, Patta, ROR, Mutation/HTR and other revenue records.
- Cross-check names, dates, document numbers, survey/plot numbers, boundaries and extent.
- Identify title gaps, inconsistencies, missing documents and legal/documentary risks.
- Apply applicable client/lender and State-specific requirements.
- Categorise issues as Proceed / Note / Query and raise clear, evidence-based queries where required.
- Prepare accurate legal reports/opinions as per client formats and SOPs.
- Meet quality, productivity and TAT requirements.
- Escalate complex matters to Senior Advocates / review teams.
