We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Inpatient Billing Executive to join our hospital billing team. The candidate will be responsible for accurate billing, patient discharge billing, insurance coordination, and maintaining billing records as per hospital policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inpatient (IPD) billing and discharge billing processes.
- Prepare and verify patient bills, invoices, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with the Insurance, TPA, Cashless, and Accounts teams for billing-related activities.
- Verify room charges, investigations, procedures, pharmacy bills, and other patient services.
- Ensure accurate billing and timely completion of discharge formalities.
- Handle billing queries from patients and their relatives professionally.




- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with hospital billing procedures.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; preferably B.Com or a related field.
- Experience: 13 years of experience in hospital inpatient billing.
- Experience in IPD billing, discharge billing, insurance, or TPA coordination will be preferred.
- Knowledge of hospital billing software and MS Excel.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, including rotational shifts, as required.
