Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Apprentices to join our Program Management team in the Pharmaceutical CDMO business. The apprentice will support project coordination, documentation, project tracking, and communication with various cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the Program Management team in tracking CDMO projects and activities.
- Coordinate with R&D;, AR&D;, Process Development, Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams.
- Maintain project trackers, timelines, action items, and status reports.
- Follow up with respective departments on pending activities and deliverables.
- Assist in preparing meeting minutes, presentations, and project reports.
- Support project review meetings and maintain related documentation.
- Update project status and highlight delays or pending activities to the Program Manager.
- Assist in maintaining accurate project records and databases.
- Learn the CDMO project lifecycle, including development,



scale-up, technology transfer, validation, and manufacturing activities.
- Perform other program/project coordination activities as assigned.

Qualification
- M.Sc Chemistry - 2025/2026 Passouts
- Freshers / recent graduates can apply.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good documentation and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and build a career in Pharmaceutical CDMO Program Management.
