Key responsibilities

- Own end-to-end hiring for assigned requisitions: intake with the hiring manager, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer and joining follow-up.

- Action every requisition on the day it arrives and close within the agreed turnaround time.

- Run several positions in parallel across sales, operations and support functions, from junior to mid and senior levels.

- Source through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and consultants; build keyword strings and widen the pool for hard-to-fill roles.

- Screen candidates on qualification, experience and fit before an interview slot is given.

- Brief and manage recruitment consultants so that candidates arrive with a correct picture of the role.

- Keep requisition and candidate status current in Keka and contribute to the weekly recruitment report.

Requirements





- Graduate in any discipline; an MBA or PG in HR is an advantage.

- 58 years of recruitment experience covering both bulk and lateral hiring, mostly non-IT.

- Sales hiring experience, inside sales and field sales, is strongly preferred.

- Track record of handling 20+ requisitions in parallel with 10 or more closures a month.

- Hands-on with Naukri and LinkedIn sourcing; working knowledge of an ATS, Keka preferred.

- Exposure to industrial, electrical or B2B distribution hiring is an advantage.

- Explicit communication and confident stakeholder management with hiring managers.

- Comfortable with a six-day, work-from-office schedule.
