Designation: Associate / Senior Associate Customer Support

Eligibility & Experience

- Undergraduates and Graduates can apply.
- U1 Associate: Freshers to less than 24 months of experience.
- U2 Senior Associate: More than 24 months of experience.
- Voice experience gets 100% weightage; Non-Voice/Backend experience gets 50% weightage.

Required Skills
- Excellent English communication and customer-handling skills.
- Solid problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency and MS Office knowledge.
- Typing speed: Minimum 20 WPM with 80% accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound international customer calls and resolve queries.




- Review customer accounts and provide accurate solutions.
- Maintain professional communication and document customer interactions.
- Escalate issues appropriately while meeting quality and productivity targets.
