Work Mode: Work From Office

SALARY PACKAGE

- Freshers: 3.5 LPA
- Experienced – 12+ Months: 4.6 LPA

ELIGIBILITY
- Graduation is mandatory
- Freshers are eligible
- Candidates with relevant experience are preferred
- Strong English communication skills required
- Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts

SHIFT & TRANSPORT
- Rotational shifts
- 2-way cab facility available
- Cab eligibility within a 30 km radius

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle inbound/outbound voice calls, live chats and emails for UK residential & business customers
- Resolve billing, meter reading, payment and account-related queries
- Handle water service requests, complaints and escalations
- Manage priority cases and coordinate with backend/technical teams




- Schedule appointments for field technicians and service engineers
- Follow UK regulatory, data protection and quality standards
- Maintain robust performance across CSAT, FCR, AHT and Quality

CSAT: Customer Satisfaction

FCR: First Call Resolution

AHT: Average Handling Time

Quality & Compliance: Process and data privacy adherence
