Job Responsibilities:
- Understand the hiring requirements and prepare job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls with candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and interviewers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and feedback.
