Job Opening: Voice & Accent Trainer UK Process

Company: iEnergizer | Location: Gurugram iEnergizer, a leading BPO organization, is hiring an experienced and passionate Voice & Accent Trainer for its UK Line of Business at the Gurugram location.

Salary: Up to 6.5 LPA

Working Days: 5 Days Working

Shifts: 247 Rotational Shifts

Transport: No Transport Facility

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct Voice & Accent training for associates aligned with UK customer communication standards.
- Train employees on pronunciation, phonetics, articulation, intonation, sentence stress, rhythm, and accent neutralization wherever required.
- Improve associates’ spoken English, grammar, vocabulary, fluency, and overall communication skills.
- Deliver training on UK culture, etiquette, behavioural expectations, and customer interaction practices.
- Conduct soft skills training, including interpersonal communication, active listening, empathy, conflict resolution, and professional conduct.
- Familiarize associates with UK customer expectations, cultural sensitivities, common expressions, and appropriate communication styles.
- Facilitate role-plays, mock calls, assessments, and practical communication exercises.
- Identify individual learning gaps and provide targeted coaching and feedback.
- Monitor trainee performance through assessments and track progress against training benchmarks.
- Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to improve communication standards and customer experience.
- Maintain training attendance, assessment scores, feedback records,



and other training documentation.

Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as a Voice & Accent Trainer in the BPO/Contact Centre industry, preferably handling UK processes.
- Excellent command of spoken English, including pronunciation, grammar, fluency, and articulation.
- Robust understanding of UK culture, customer expectations, etiquette, and behavioural standards.
- Experience in delivering soft skills, communication, and behavioural training.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, coaching, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to assess communication gaps and implement effective improvement plans.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage and motivate trainees.
