Job Summary

Cadila Pharmaceuticals Ltd. is hiring experienced Industrial Riggers for equipment lifting, pipeline shifting, installation, dismantling, and heavy material handling at its API manufacturing plant in Ankleshwar.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform rigging activities for lifting, shifting, installation, and dismantling of heavy equipment and pipelines.
- Identify and use chain pulley blocks, D-shackles, lifting belts, slings, ropes, and other lifting accessories.
- Inspect lifting tools and tackles before use and report damaged equipment.
- Understand load weight, protected working load (SWL), and lifting accessory capacity.
- Follow proper rope tying, sling arrangement, and load-balancing techniques.
- Understand and follow standard crane hand signals.




- Coordinate with crane operators, fitters, supervisors, and the rigging team.
- Follow approved lifting plans and safe material-handling procedures.
- Comply with PPE, permit-to-work, and industrial safety requirements.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant rigging experience.
- ITI or relevant technical qualification preferred.
- Experience in API, pharmaceutical, chemical, or industrial plants preferred.
- Hands-on knowledge of lifting tools, slinging, rope tying, and heavy equipment handling.

Employment Condition This is a direct company payroll (on-roll) position.
