Cognizant is hiring experienced professionals for Insurance Voice Support roles across SPE, SME, TL, and TM levels for our Pune location.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer interactions through voice support channels.
- Resolve customer queries related to insurance products, policies, and claims.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining quality standards.
- Meet productivity, quality, and compliance targets.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
- For TL/TM roles, manage team performance,



coaching, and operational metrics.

Required Skills

- 1 to 7 years of experience in International Insurance Voice Process.
- Experience in US Insurance domain preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in handling international customers.
- Comfortable working in US Night Shift.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
