Role & responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, referrals, calls, WhatsApp, and other recruitment channels.
- Recruit blue-collar employees such as drivers, riders, delivery executives and other frontline staff.
- Explain job roles, salary, working conditions, and other relevant details to candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Complete required documentation and onboarding formalities.
- Maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and future requirements.
- Maintain basic recruitment reports and candidate records.
Requirements
Preferred candidate profile
- 0 - 3 years of experience in HR recruitment or blue-collar hiring.
- Any additional language would be added advantage
- Comfortable with calling and candidate follow-ups.
- Ability to work with recruitment targets.
