Looking for an experienced HR professional with hands-on recruitment and operations experience in the US Staffing industry.

Key Highlights:

Experience: 35 Years (US Staffing / IT Staffing mandatory)

Location: Noida (On-site)

Shift: US Night Shift

Joining: Immediate

Preference: Female candidates

Core Responsibilities:

- Hands-on hiring recruitment support: Sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for internal US staffing roles.
- Full employee lifecycle: On-boarding, documentation, confirmation, and exit formalities
- HR operations payroll: Attendance, leave tracking, and payroll coordination via GreytHR / HRMS.
- Employee relations:



Managing night-shift team queries and driving engagement activities
- General HR administration: Cab/transport coordination, vendor management, and weekly reporting.

Key Requirements:

- Proven hands-on experience in recruiting and HR operations within US Staffing.
- Working knowledge of GreytHR/HRMS and MS ExcelStrong communication skills and ability to manage night operations independently.
- Open to working in office in US night shifts
