Key Responsibilities

- 2 -7 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition with strong end-to-end hiring expertise.
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, talent mapping, market mapping, and recruitment metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple IT requirements simultaneously and meet defined hiring TATs.
- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment workplace and deliver quality profiles within timelines.

Ideal Candidate

47 years of IT recruitment experience with strong end-to-end hiring expertise.

Mandatory experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) and niche technology hiring.

Hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation.

Proven expertise in sourcing and hiring talent across diverse IT domains, including Software Development, QA/Testing, Cloud, Infrastructure, Data & Analytics, Data Engineering, AI/ML, SAP, DevOps, Cybersecurity, and other emerging technologies.

Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet hiring timelines.
