We are looking for proactive, goal-driven, and personable Insurance Sales Officers to expand client base and deliver customized coverage solutions. In this role, you will evaluate client needs, recommend appropriate policy options and guide clients through every step of securing coverage.

Qualifications:

- Any 12th pass in Hyderabad, Delhi, Noida & Gurugram and Any Graduate in Lucknow can apply.
- Minimum 6 months on paper in Outbound Tele Sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex information in a transparent and understandable manner.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Knowledge of insurance products and services is a plus.

1. Salary: Up to 30k CTC + Variables
2. Language: English & Telugu (Hyderabad), English & Hindi (Delhi/NCR/Lucknow).

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Engagement & Prospecting: Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through inbound/outbound calls,



warm leads, referrals, and networking.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments to evaluate client financial situations, healthcare requirements, and risk profiles.
- Product Education: Explain coverage options, deductibles, premiums, copays, and policy benefits clearly to help clients make informed decisions.
- Application Processing: Assist clients through the enrollment process accurately and efficiently, ensuring full compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Relationship Management: Deliver excellent client support, handle policy renewal inquiries, and foster long-term customer relationships to drive retention and referrals.
- Continuous Learning: Stay current with healthcare industry trends, market changes, compliance updates, and carrier portfolio updates.
