We are looking for customer-focused professionals to join our team for an International Chat Process supporting a leading E-commerce platform.

Position: Customer Support Executive ( Chat Process)

Location: 1501 & 1508, 15th floor Nyati Enthral near Reliance mart Kharadi Pune 411014

Process: International Chat/Email

Job Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through international Chat/Email/Voice.

Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns

Assist customers with orders, payments, delivery, returns, and other issues

Maintain quality standards and achieve process targets.

Candidate Requirements

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
2. Minimum 6 months of experience in International Voice/Chat Process.
3. Customer handling skills and a positive attitude

Salary & Perks: CTC: Up to 32,000

Both sides Cab facility available

Rotational shifts - 24 X 7

5.5 days working
