Job Role: International Travel Process - Voice & Chat Support

Industry: International BPO

Eligibility: Undergraduate & Graduate Candidates

Experience Required: Minimum 6 Months International Voice/Chat Process Experience Mandatory

Salary: 1.6 LPA - 3.3 LPA CTC (Based on Experience & Performance)

Shift: Rotational Shifts

Working Days: 5 Days Working

Facility: Both Side Transport Available

Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries related to travel bookings, cancellations, modifications, and travel assistance.
- Provide support through Voice and Chat channels.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining quality standards.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally.
- Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions.

Required Skills:



Excellent English communication skills (Verbal & Written)

Minimum 6 months of International BPO experience in Voice and/or Chat process

Customer-focused approach with robust problem-solving skills

Comfortable working in rotational shifts

Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency
