Roles and Responsibilities

- Generate leads through various channels such as social media, online portals, and networking events.

- Conduct cold calls to potential clients to identify their needs and provide solutions.

- Meet with clients to understand their requirements and present customized health insurance plans.

- Build relationships with existing clients to retain business and upsell additional products or services.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-1 years of experience in sales or a related field (freshers welcome).

- Any graduation degree (preferably B.Tech in Computers) from a recognized university.

- Robust communication skills for effective client interaction over phone calls.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets.
