Role & responsibilities

- Design brochures, flyers, project profiles, logos, banners, hoardings, and advertisements,
- Create engaging social media creatives, digital advertisements, website banners, and marketing content to promote residential and commercial projects.
- Develop project-specific marketing materials showcasing flats, individual villas, amenities, floor plans, and project highlights.
- Edit promotional videos, project walkthroughs, property showcases, customer testimonials, and marketing videos for real estate projects.
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, short-form videos, and other social media video content to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Add transitions, animations, motion graphics, text overlays, subtitles, background music, and visual effects to enhance video quality.
- Use Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, InDesign, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or other relevant design and video-editing tools.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, and Digital Marketing teams to understand campaign requirements and deliver creative content aligned with brand guidelines.
- Apply strong knowledge of typography, colour theory, layout, composition, visual hierarchy, and storytelling to produce high-quality graphics and videos.
- Convert creative concepts and marketing requirements into impactful visual content that promotes the company's projects and strengthens brand identity.




- Ensure consistency in branding, design quality, video presentation, and messaging across digital and print marketing materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect project photographs, video footage, specifications, and other content required for creative production.
- Prepare print-ready artwork and optimise digital graphics and videos for websites, social media platforms, advertisements, and other marketing channels.
- Manage multiple design and video-editing assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
- Stay updated with current graphic design trends, video-editing techniques, social media formats, and digital marketing practices.
- Support project launches, promotional campaigns, property exhibitions, and sales events through creative designs and video content.

Preferred candidate profile

- 2-6 years of experience in Graphic Design and Video Editing, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Experience creating project brochures, property advertisements, social media creatives, promotional videos, and project walkthroughs.
- Positive communication skills,
- Candidates based in Hyderabad are preferred.
