Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Trainee to join our Global Mobility team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting back-end travel operations, managing vendor travel invoices, handling payment portal processing, creating departmental MIS reports, and maintaining smooth administrative support using SAP and office tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Invoice & Travel Operations Support:
- Coordinate background work related to all travel and vendor invoices.
- Verify, process, and upload travel invoices to the payment portal for timely review and settlement.
- Liaise with internal teams and external travel vendors for reconciliation and query resolution.
- Reporting & MIS Management:
- Prepare and maintain periodic MIS reports and track key departmental metrics.
- Compile, format, and present operational data using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Process & Administrative Support:
- Assist in day-to-day operations using SAP systems and G-Suite tools.
- Prepare high-quality documentation, presentations,



and status updates for management review.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of relevant operational/administrative experience.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and G-Suite.
- Hands-on experience or working knowledge of SAP systems is preferred.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Professional demeanor and solid presentation skills.
- Attributes: Strong attention to detail, numerical aptitude, organizational ability, and a collaborative mindset.
