Role & Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to mortgage servicing and collections.
- Contact borrowers regarding past-due mortgage payments and discuss repayment options.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve delinquent accounts.
- Provide information on loan status, payment history, balances, and servicing inquiries.
- Document customer interactions accurately in servicing systems.
- Ensure compliance with company, client, and regulatory guidelines.
- Meet productivity, quality, and SLA targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline.




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts.
- Experience in Customer Service, Collections, or US Mortgage processes is preferred.
