Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to promote and acquire Retail Liability Products such as Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, Salary Accounts, and Fixed Deposits. The candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition, relationship building, and achieving sales targets through field activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Acquire new customers for Savings Accounts (SA), Current Accounts (CA), Salary Accounts, and Fixed Deposits (FD).
- Conduct field visits, market mapping, and lead generation activities.
- Generate business through direct sales, referrals, and corporate tie-ups.
- Explain banking products and services to prospective customers.
- Ensure timely collection and verification of KYC documents.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships for cross-selling opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales and productivity targets assigned by the branch.




- Coordinate with branch operations teams for account opening and customer onboarding.
- Maintain daily sales reports and update lead status regularly.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field sales activities.
- Basic knowledge of banking products and sales processes preferred.
