Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Equipment Maintenance Engineer with hands-on experience in Fuji SMT machines to manage equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and machine performance on the SMT production line. The candidate will be responsible for minimizing machine downtime, ensuring equipment reliability, and maintaining smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of Fuji SMT machines and related equipment.

- Troubleshoot and resolve machine faults, alarms, placement errors, and equipment breakdowns.

- Handle setup, operation support, feeder maintenance, nozzle replacement, and calibration of Fuji pick-and-place machines.

- Ensure optimal performance of SMT equipment and minimize unplanned downtime.

- Support SMT line setup, model changeover, program loading, and machine parameter verification.

- Identify recurring equipment issues and perform root cause analysis (RCA).

- Maintain machine maintenance records, breakdown reports, spare parts inventory, and preventive maintenance schedules.





- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to improve machine efficiency and production output.

- Monitor equipment performance, downtime, MTBF, and MTTR.

- Ensure compliance with ESD, 5S, safety standards, and maintenance procedures.

Required Skills:

- Mandatory hands-on experience with Fuji SMT pick-and-place machines.

- Solid knowledge of SMT line equipment and machine maintenance.

- Experience in troubleshooting feeders, nozzles, sensors, motors, and machine alarms.

- Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices.

- Understanding of SMT processes, PCB assembly, and component placement.

- Ability to analyze breakdowns and implement corrective actions.

- Good coordination, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related engineering discipline.

- 25 years of experience in SMT equipment maintenance in an electronics manufacturing environment.

- Candidates with practical experience in Fuji NXT / AIMEX series machines will be preferred.
