Roles & Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor electrical works at the construction/project site
- Execute electrical installations as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Review and interpret electrical drawings, layouts, Single Line Diagrams (SLD), and specifications
- Supervise installation of LT panels, DBs, cables, conduits, lighting, earthing, and power distribution systems
- Monitor electrical wiring, cable laying, termination, testing, and commissioning
- Coordinate with contractors, electricians, consultants, civil engineers, and other site teams
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify electrical issues, deviations, and defects
- Inspect electrical materials and ensure compliance with approved specifications and quality standards
- Coordinate with the project team to resolve technical and site-related electrical issues
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure timely completion of electrical works
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain electrical work documentation
- Coordinate with civil, plumbing, HVAC, and other services to avoid site clashes




- Assist in testing and commissioning of electrical systems before project handover
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and applicable codes
- Monitor site work quality, manpower, materials, and overall electrical work progress

Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in Electrical Construction / MEP Projects
- Strong knowledge of building electrical systems and construction practices
- Positive knowledge of LT panels, DBs, cables, lighting, earthing, power distribution, and electrical equipment
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, SLDs, and layouts
- Knowledge of electrical testing and commissioning procedures
- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office
- Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills
- Strong site supervision, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
