About the Role

We are looking for a QSF Project Manager to manage multiple settlement projects, oversee end-to-end QSF administration, coordinate with law firms and internal teams, and ensure accurate reconciliation, disbursements, reporting, and project closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple QSF projects and settlement dockets from setup through closure.
- Coordinate with law firms and internal processing teams.
- Validate disbursements to claimants, law firms, and third parties.
- Review analysts’ work for accuracy, completeness, and quality.
- Maintain accurate reconciliation, claimant information, and legal documentation.
- Prepare client status reports, treasury reports, and other project updates.
- Delegate work, train analysts, and maintain SOPs and training documents.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company procedures and service-level agreements.

Required Skills





- 3+ years of experience in Financial Operations (Fin Ops).
- Solid reconciliation and financial operations knowledge.
- Advanced Excel: XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, and Charts.
- Data analysis, interpretation, and reporting.
- Project coordination and stakeholder management.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Preferred: Litigation-related experience, project management exposure/certification, and a degree in Finance, Accountancy, Project Management, or a related field. Walk-In Drive Details
