Role Summary

We are seeking a energetic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to support high-volume hiring requirements for BPO operations. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely closures, quality hiring, and an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for volume hiring requirements across BPO programs.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and organizational fit.
- Conduct telephonic interviews and initial assessments.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process to improve joining ratios.
- Manage offer rollout, pre-boarding, and onboarding coordination.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment SLAs, compliance requirements,



and hiring processes.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and provide regular hiring updates.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and hiring processes.
- Experience in BPO bulk/volume hiring.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and social recruiting platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other MS Office applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in BPO/Contact Center hiring.
- Experience in hiring Customer Support, Technical Support, Sales, Back Office, or Voice/Non-Voice roles is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile: A proactive recruiter with 1-2 years of experience in volume hiring who can independently manage requisitions, drive hiring outcomes, and ensure seamless coordination with candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
