Your Task
- Support Assembly, Fabrication and Welding activities on the shop floor.
- Assist in Process Engineering, Tooling and Fixture development and improvement.
- Support NPI, DFM/DFA and ECN activities for recent and existing products.
- Prepare and update basic SOPs, PFMEA, Control Plans and Engineering Drawings.
- Participate in Lean, WCM, 5S, Kaizen and productivity improvement activities.
Your Profile
- Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile, Production, Mechatronics, Tool & Die or Tool Room.
- Basic knowledge of Manufacturing, Assembly, Fabrication, Welding and Process Engineering.
- Ability to understand Engineering Drawings and basic GD&T;.
- Basic knowledge of Tooling, Fixtures, PFMEA, Control Plan, DFM/DFA and ECN.
- Good communication, problem-solving and learning skills, with willingness to work on the shop floor and in shifts.
