Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Delivery Relationship Executive to manage customer relationships and ensure smooth and timely delivery of services/products.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and provide timely support.
- Coordinate with delivery partners and customers.
- Follow up on pending and scheduled deliveries.
- Maintain good customer relationships.
- Resolve customer complaints and delivery-related issues.




- Update customer and delivery information in the system.
- Achieve assigned targets and maintain service quality.

Requirements
- Any Graduate / Diploma preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in delivery, customer service, sales, or relationship management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
