Job Summary:

We are looking for a Debug / Repair Engineer to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electronic products and PCBA boards. The candidate will be responsible for identifying hardware and functional failures, performing root cause analysis, and ensuring repaired products meet quality and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic products and PCBA boards.

- Identify and analyze failures in electronic circuits, components, and assemblies.

- Perform fault diagnosis using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other electronic testing equipment.

- Work on ICT (In-Circuit Testing), FCT (Functional Circuit Testing), and other product testing processes.

- Analyze test failures and identify defective components or circuit-level issues.

- Perform component replacement, soldering, rework, and repair of PCB assemblies.

- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.

- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Testing teams to resolve recurring failures.

- Maintain repair records, failure analysis reports,



and debugging data.

- Ensure repaired products meet defined quality standards and customer specifications.

- Follow ESD precautions, safety procedures, and standard operating instructions.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or a related discipline.

- Experience: 1 to 5 years in electronics debugging, repair, or troubleshooting.

- Candidates with experience in EMS, PCBA, consumer electronics, SMT, or FATP manufacturing will be preferred.

Required Skills

- Basic to advanced knowledge of electronic components and circuits.

- Understanding of PCB/PCBA troubleshooting and component-level repair.

- Knowledge of ICT, FCT, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other testing equipment.

- Hands-on experience in soldering, desoldering, and component replacement is an advantage.

- Ability to analyze failures and perform root cause analysis.

- Positive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
