Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and concerns through chat.
- Resolve issues promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with delivery partners and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records.
- Deliver a smooth and positive customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria

- Solid written English communication skills.
- Good typing speed and accuracy (30–40 WPM preferred).
- Customer support or chat support experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with Freshdesk, Freshchat, or CRM tools is preferred.
