Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from customers and provide accurate information.
- Understand customer requirements and resolve their queries professionally.
- Explain products/services to customers as required.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
- Follow up with customers when required.
- Ensure a positive customer experience and meet performance targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
- Valuable communication skills.
- Polite, confident, and customer-friendly attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Hindi and basic English communication skills preferred.
