- Graduation in any stream.

Required Work Experience:

*Any Graduate Candidate with min 1 year of work exp. in Customer Service are eligible for this opening

*Basic Technical knowledge is an added advantage.

- Provide resolution to customer queries.

Must have:- Excellent Spoken & Written English. Skill set Required :-

*Strong customer service skills.

*Good communication skills (Written & spoken).

*Knowledge of resolving queries by Remote support.

*Good listening & probing skills.

*Good convincing skills. Shifts:- For female- General Shifts 9:30am 6:30pm For male- (24*7 Rotational)

- Salary upto -26K CTC
