Job Role

- Provide secure, comfortable, and punctual transportation for Guest.

- Receive and escort guests in a courteous, professional, and hospitable manner.

- Assist guests with luggage and ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience.

- Maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of hotel vehicles at all times.

- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and ensure vehicles are in excellent working condition.

- Follow the assigned transportation schedule and coordinate airport transfers, sightseeing trips, and other guest transportation requirements.

- Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, mileage, and maintenance.

- Ensure valid driving licences, vehicle documents, insurance, and permits are maintained as required.

- Adhere to traffic regulations,



hotel safety standards, and defensive driving practices.

- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding guest information and conversations.

- Coordinate with the Front Office, Concierge, Bell Desk, and Security teams to ensure seamless guest service.

- Report vehicle defects, accidents, incidents, or guest concerns to the concerned supervisor immediately.

- Demonstrate excellent grooming, etiquette, punctuality, and professional conduct at all times.

- Assist with any additional transportation-related duties assigned by the management.
