Role & responsibilities

1 - Branch Leadership & P&L; Management

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch studio, taking complete responsibility for branch P&L;, sales targets, operational budgets, and profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams including Interior Designers, Sales Consultants, Site Engineers/Supervisors, and Vendor Coordinators.
- Establish smooth inter-departmental workflows from lead generation to final handover.

2- Sales & Client Relationship Management

- Drive sales strategies, consultative pitching, and deal closings for residential/commercial interior projects.
- Engage with prospective clients for high-value consultations, handling negotiations, pricing approvals, and contract sign-offs.
- Maintain exceptional client relationship management (CRM) standards, addressing escalations promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction and referrals.

3-Design Oversight & BOQ Approval

- Review and approve design concepts, 2D/3D visual renders, floor plans, and material boards created by the design team.
- Validate Bill of Quantities (BOQ), project costing, estimations, and material specifications prior to client sign-off to ensure healthy project margins.

4- Site Execution, Vendor & Delivery Management

- Supervise site execution timelines,



quality control checks, and safety compliance across all active project sites.
- Manage vendor onboarding, contractor negotiation, labor management, and procurement of materials/modular fit-outs.
- Ensure seamless on-time project handovers with zero compromise on craftsmanship and finishing standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelors degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Business Administration/Management.

Experience:6 to 12 years of hands-on experience in interior design, interior sales, and site execution, with at least 5+ years in a team lead, studio head, or branch management capacity.

Technical Proficiency:

- Strong knowledge of interior design concepts, modular furniture, civil fit-outs, MEP, and finishes.
- Proficiency in design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max/V-Ray) and BOQ/cost estimation software.

Demonstrated track record in interior design sales and consultative closing.

- Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities.
