We are looking for dynamic, motivated, and result-driven recruiters to join our team and help drive talent acquisition and consulting operations in the US IT staffing market.

Bench Sales Recruiter Responsibilities

- Market bench consultants (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, EAD) to vendors and direct clients.
- Submit consultants to open requirements and negotiate rates.
- Build strong relationships with implementation partners and vendors.
- Track consultant submissions, interviews, and placements.
- Maintain database and ensure consistent consultant marketing.

Requirements:
- Experience in US IT Staffing / Recruitment preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of job portals like Dice,



LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed, etc.
- Understanding of US visa types (OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, USC, EAD).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven setting.
