Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels, stock management, and store supervision to ensure productive retail operations.
- Develop strategies for improving sales performance, customer satisfaction, and employee productivity.

- Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting on inventory levels, sales data, and other key metrics.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-9 years of experience in retail management or related field (pharmaceutical industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management and store supervision.
- Excellent communication skills for effective team leadership and customer interaction.
- Ability to analyze data to drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
