Job Summary

Fullinfaws College is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant / Finance Executive to manage the institution's accounting, finance, taxation, payroll, and statutory compliance. Candidates with prior experience in educational institutions will be preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records, ledgers, vouchers, cash book, and general ledger.
- Manage student fee collection, receipts, outstanding dues, and accounts receivable.
- Process vendor payments and maintain accounts payable.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow reports.
- Handle payroll processing, salary disbursement, PF, ESI, and statutory deductions.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain banking transactions.
- Assist in annual budgeting, financial planning, and fund management.
- Prepare financial records and documents for internal and statutory audits.




- Maintain accurate financial documentation and ensure compliance with institutional policies.
- Coordinate with management on financial reporting and budgeting.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- (B.Com) ; M.Com/MBA (Finance) preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting & Finance.
- Experience in educational institutions is preferred.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime/ Zoho Books , MS Excel, MS Word,
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Payroll, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
