Role Objective:

To counsel prospective students over calls, guide them on suitable colleges/courses, and convert leads into successful applications for Shikshas partner institutes while ensuring excellent student experience and process compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Connect with assigned leads to understand students academic background, preferences, and career goals.
- Recommend suitable colleges and courses (MBA/Non-MBA) and explain eligibility, fees, deadlines, and benefits.
- Drive application conversions by assisting students with form filling and generating multiple applications where applicable.




- Follow up with interested students and ensure timely application completion to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate lead updates, follow-ups, and call records in CRM while ensuring process compliance.
- Meet daily productivity and talk-time targets while delivering a positive and trustworthy counselling experience.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduate with prior experience in EdTech Sales.
- MBA freshers with relevant internship experience in Sales, Counselling, or Business Development can also be considered.
- Solid communication, convincing skills, and a target-oriented approach.
