About the role

Agrolen Technologies is looking for energetic Field Sales Executives to grow sales and retailer coverage across assigned areas of Chennai.

Responsibilities

- Visit grocery shops, supermarkets, and other assigned retailers on a daily route.
- Introduce Pallea Dairy products and take orders.
- Build solid relationships with retailers and help increase repeat orders.
- Check product availability, stock, and in-store visibility.
- Coordinate with the distributor and delivery team to serve orders.
- Share daily visit and sales updates with the manager.

Requirements

- Previous FMCG, dairy, or retail field-sales experience is preferred.
- Good communication skills in Tamil; basic English is helpful.
- Willingness to travel across the assigned Chennai territory.
