- Key Responsibilities:Customer Engagement & Sales: Greet customers warmly, understand their preferences and styling needs, and expertly recommend fashion jewellery pieces (necklaces, earrings, rings, bracelets, etc.) to achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest jewellery trends, seasonal collections, metal finishes, and styling tips to guide customers effectively.
- Merchandising & Display: Ensure jewellery displays, showcases, and counters are clean, organized, visually appealing, and securely maintained. Restock items as needed.
- Billing & Customer Service: Handle billing processes accurately, manage customer queries or exchanges gracefully, and maintain a pleasant shopping environment.
- Inventory Management: Assist with regular stock audits, track quick-moving or slow-moving jewellery items, and report inventory needs to the store manager.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with regular shoppers, building a loyal clientele through personalized service and outreach.
